Meg started off like many girls in the United States – sadly, a bit insecure about her body. With the images of the media telling girls they all have to be toothpicks, it’s no wonder girls think they are not photo-worthy. “I was always into modeling and fashion and all that good girly stuff, but I thought that with being five-foot-three and 250 pounds I would never have a shot at any type of modeling. A few different sites on MySpace had tried getting me to join or had said to me ‘We wish you were old enough to apply, love your look!’ or things of that nature. I always thought, ‘There’s no way I am good enough for that!’ or ‘If only my nipples were bigger and my butt was rounder!’ I guess I never had the full self esteem that it takes to model.”
So what changed for BigCutie Meg? “I then discovered the adult section of the Internet when I was like eighteen – almost nineteen – and I found out about the BBW dances in my area. I went to my first dance extremely nervous, excited, curious about everything! THERE WERE ACTUALLY GUYS THAT LIKED BIGGER GIRLS?!! I’m not just a pretty face on this big body? Amazing! At the dance I met a lovely woman named Heather and her husband John – they were both sitting near the front and so they had seen me come in. And they actually had brought it up to me about modeling for BigCuties and if I ever decided I would just need to let them know. Well here I am, five years later and loving every angle of it!”
We’re glad they did.
